What is Branding?
Branding is the image or impression of your company that other people build in their own minds, based on every piece of information you give them — visual, verbal, nonverbal, digital — in every interaction you have with them over time — live and in-person, digital, through third parties.
If they build an accurate image of your company, then they understand who you are, what you have to offer, what you stand for, and what it’s like to work with you. That accurate image means they will be better able to decide if you are a good fit for them, and for anyone else they might refer to you.
If they build an accurate image, that means you get to work with more of your favorite people. It means higher conversion rates. It means higher close rates. It means a higher percentage of your clients are people you love to work with, and who love you right back.
The trick is giving them the building blocks they need to build an accurate image.
